Return & Refund Policy


We want you to love your coffee, but if something’s off, we’re here to help.


Returns


We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order arrives. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Hang on to your receipt or order confirmation, you can download it anytime by logging into your account on our site.


To start a return, email us at jess@mightygoodcoffee.com. We’ll walk you through the steps and let you know where to send your item. (Just a heads-up: items sent back without checking in with us first can’t be accepted.)

Damaged or Wrong Items


If your order isn’t right ... damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered, let us know right away. We’ll make it right.



Non-Returnable Items


We’re not able to accept returns on:

Perishable items (like coffee or food)

Custom or personalized products

We also don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


If you’re unsure about a specific product, just reach out before placing your order.



Exchanges


Need something else? The quickest way is to place a new order and start a return for the original item.



Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, you’ll see a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Bank processing times may vary.)
