J&M Family Coffee

Grown in the lush hills of Jinotega, this organic coffee comes from five small farms led by the Castillo-Aruaz family. Juan de Dios Castillo and Miriam Aruaz founded the Paraíso farms in the 1980s, utilizing savings from their tailor shop, which remains operational today. Their five children now run J&M Family Coffee, managing everything from cultivation to milling with care for both quality and the environment. This is a coffee built on legacy, land, and love.
